You can mount next to or remotely, just connect the pure water outlet of your system to the in side of this filter housing.
The other side of this filter, the out is now DI water.
Cartridge changes color as the resin exhausts. You can refill the cartridge with our bulk resin packs and really save money.

of a mixed bed of resin may just do the trick. Really!

need to add DI to your RO is here. Just connect the cartridge to the pure water
out hose and make sure you pay attention to the flow direction arrow on the
cartridge.
DI water is
virtually totally pure, picking up the pieces left behind by the RO. A mixed bed
of cationic and anionic resins remove the remaining dissolved solids in the Reverse
Osmosis water
REEFKEEPER swear by it.
If your tap water contains arsenic or high nitratre levels, you may want to add a DI unit to your drinking water system as well.
