The cover came with a timer on it that didn’t work…The timer was suppose to go off when the filter was old and when you fill it up to filter the water it only works with the top part the bottom part never releases any water

I’ve had this now for 4 months. It is wonderful!!! We had a Brita cooler that started leaking, then found out that they are no longer made, so I started looking for something similar. This is what I ended up with, and it is great! For the first few weeks, however, I had it put together wrong, and had problems getting the water filtered. Was really upset until my dear husband pointed out it was put together wrong. Once we had it right, it has been marvelous. I can’t recommend this enough–the water tastes great, and the filter seems to last well.
Don’t hesitate to purchase–just make sure you read the instructions and put it together right!

I love the GWF7. I was a little skeptical at first, but I decided to try it out and it was awesome. This is a perfect solution if you are like me, that hates to go to the water dispenser to refill your bottles or don’t want the expensive delivery service. Solves everything.
