NEVER RECEIVED THE WATER FILTER FROM THIS COMPANY, SO I BOUGHT IT FROM A DEPENDABLE COMPANY. CONTACTED THEM THROUGH E-MAIL (NO LISTED PHONE NUMBER) AND THEY DID NOT HELP!

We are very satisfied with this product. The transaction was handled efficiently. It showed up on our doorstep at about half the price of its comparable name brand product. And it performs comparably.

This replacement filter did not seat properly in my GE Refrigerator it leaked and did not dispense water. I purchased the GE brand instead.

Does not work on my GE refrigerator. If you use the O-Ring it will not dispense any water. If you do not use the O-Ring and you activate the door water dispensor then it leaks considerably at the filter assembly. I contacted Amazon for return info and they said to contact Water sentinel by email. I did three days ago. Have not heard back from them as of today 2-19-10.

Filter is made in USA, and is not a GE product. I bought one to try it out. Installation was easy, no leaks. I’ll be buying more.
