Got the product within no time.
But I did not use this product.
It does not fit in my water system.
When I want to return it, You have to go through lot of hassle.
It is almost 1 months I am trying to contact, Filled an application
online for returns. I did not get RAN (Return Authorization Number)
It just say “You have succesfully filled a Return form”
If I have to contact Amazon, Ihave no RAN.

Used some of the aftermarket filters. Went back to Franke original product since it lasts longer.

We have a Franke drinking water tap in our kitchen. I’m not sure why the filters can’t be purchased in common chain stores. I always need to go to a specialty store or do mail-order. Anyway, the last filter I had was not an official Franke filter. I wanted to try it. It did a great job of filtering, but unfortunately it lasted just a couple of months. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the manufacturer’s name. The real Franke filters seem to last for a full 6+ months, and that is what I’ll buy henceforth. Water tastes MUCH better, and less chlorine smell. Wish it would also remove flouride and other junk chemicals the city adds to the water—unfortunately not.

I believe original equipment parts are the best, I my opinion.
