My wife and I were shopping for Brita filters at the store down the street and I was pretty scared when I saw these filters were the only they had. What I basically thought was, oh man, Brita has made a new filter and we are all going to have to upgrade. HOW WRONG I WAS ABOUT THAT. BRITA HAS TOTALLY OUTDONE THEMSELVES WITH THIS FILTER!!! NOT ONLY DOES THE FILTER SAY: NEW! NOUVEAU! ON IT, BUT IT IS ALSO CHROME PLASTIC INSTEAD OF WHITE. THIS MORE THAN JUSTIFIES PAYING THE REGULAR PRICE FOR THE FILTER INSTEAD OF THE USUAL DEEPLY DISCOUNTED PRICES WE WERE PAYING A MONTH OR SO AGO!!
GO AMAZON!! GO BRITA! WHAT WILL THEY THINK OF NEXT???

This is an excelent filter. It arrived quickly and without any damage. The water it delivers is clean and fresh, and it installed in a moment. It’s a quality appliance I enjoy using.

I dont know but looked like a defected piece, i had to go to bed bath and beyong and buy another one and amazon did not accept to take it back
