The Brita Atlantis Pitcher provides great tasting, healthy water in a sleek, space-saving design, with a flip top lid for your convenience. The Atlantis Pitcher uses the OB03 Brita replacement cartridge and holds 6, 8 ounce glasses of filtered water. The filter will reduce chlorine taste & odor and sediment as well as leaving a healthy amount of Fluoride to promote strong teeth. Each filter will filter 40 gallons of water and needs to be replaced an average of ever 2 months. Pitcher holds up to six 8-ounce glasses of filtered water. This pitcher combines Brita’s reliable filtering with a very convenient narrow shape and flip-top lid for easy refills. To operate, simply flip the lid and fill the water reservoir, then wait a couple of minutes for it to filter through. The filter used with this system has been certified by NSF International, a testing authority for water filtration products, and reduces copper and eliminates 99% of lead in tap water. Using activated carbon as well as an ion exchange resin, it also reduces chlorine, bad tastes, odors, and sediment–making it a lot easier to drinkthe recommended eight glasses of water a day. I ordered this product online and received it with a broken lid. Feeling very disappointed, I returned it and asked for a refund. I used a pre-paid label, as this is not my fault. Unfortunately, the cost of return shipping has been deducted from my refund, and they said the return is not the result of their error. I’m very confused here, I paid return shipping for someone else’s error?!

I have tried this product with two different types of water and it tasted the same. It is just an expensive jar.

I received a broken Slim Linr Pitcher which I returned some time ago along with my invoice. Have not heard anything about this. Will stick to Wal-Mart shopping.

I don’t know how it is with other people, but my filtered water tastes nastier than without the filtering.
So, I was having the assumption that this super awesome filter would also filter out the nasty chlorine flavor but it seems to not be able to do so. I do not recommend this product if you live in NV!
